Talk it out if you partner disrupts your sleep by doing any of the following:
- Turning on the TV or radio.
- Turning on a light.
- Wanting to talk while you’re sleeping.
- Eating and drinking in the bed.
- Engaging in any other stimulating activities while you’re trying to sleep…with a possible exception or two.
