Talk it out if you partner disrupts your sleep by doing any of the following:

  • Turning on the TV or radio.
  • Turning on a light.
  • Wanting to talk while you’re sleeping.
  • Eating and drinking in the bed.
  • Engaging in any other stimulating activities while you’re trying to sleep…with a possible exception or two.
