Some of us sleep all night long without a single interruption. Babies don’t even achieve that victory for quite some time. Others of us sleep 3-4 hours, wake up and are able to return to sleep for another 3-4 hours. Which pattern is the normal pattern-uninterrupted for 6-8 hours or two waves for a total of 6-8 hours? It depends upon how you feel when you wake up. Are you sleep? Are you on the top of your game? If you are not sleep and on the top of the game, then you have found your answer.
