Faced with a frustrating night of insomnia, many folks will turn to a sleep medication. Prescribed or over-the-counter. Yet, some of those that take the meds often feel conflicted. This is especially true if they have been battling sleep disturbances for a long time.
The long-term effects of relying upon prescription or over the counter medications is that the side effects for many will present another set of challenges.
