The popular press profiled a time proven four step way to fall asleep in 2 minutes.

What are the four steps?

  1. Relax the muscles in your face, jaw, tongue and even the muscles around your eyes.
  2. Drop your shoulders as low as they will go. And then relax your arms.
  3. Breathe out and feel your chest relaxing as you breathe out.
  4. Focus on smoothing out any tension in your thighs, legs, and calves.
