Hungry at the Wrong Time

Not only is your sleep impacted but you may feel hungry or thirsty at the wrong time. You wake up and feel hungrier or thirstier than you normally do. What’s happening? Your body is saying, “Feed me. You are an hour late.”

If you find yourself craving sugary foods, then remember that your body is trying to adjust to the end of daylight savings times. Your inner clock not only controls sleep but hunger, thirst and many other biological functions.
