Let’s be real…You probably don’t care much about sleep. But you probably do care about what happens if you don’t get enough sleep or if you don’t sleep well.

The first step is not to make a New Year’s Resolution. The research on setting goals will tell you that to achieve any goal you should begin with WHY?
Sleep Tip #2: Begin with WHY? Start by asking yourself these two questions.
- What larger goals do I want to achieve in my life right now?
- Who is important to me in my life right now and how can I be more present and fully engaged?
