Study after study has shown that lack of sleep and lack of quality sleep results in lower on the job performance and productivity. You may be the exception to this general conclusion but if you are the average person…you are not the exception. Are you willing to conduct an experiment? Get a bit more sleep and higher quality sleep and see if your alertness, attention, energy, focus, concentration, decision making and problem solving is increased.
