You now know it takes the average person 66 days to change a habit. To succeed, choose one behavior to change. Never choose more than 2 behaviors at a time. Below is a list of some behaviors you can change to sleep better.

  • Go to bed at the same time
  • Wake up at the same time
  • Unplug from technology 1 hour before bed
  • Get some early morning light
