Many of us go to bed “mad as hell.” Is your anger so great that you can power a train locomotive?


Sleep Tip #22: Blow off some steam if you want to fall asleep quick. If you follow these three tricks, then you will blow of your anger.

  1. Acknowledge that you are angry.
  2. Express your anger.
  3. Really express your anger (but without harming you or somebody else).
