Far too many of us check our devices in the bed…right before trying to fall asleep. Bad move!

Checking our devices keeps us alert, awake, and the blue light is a sleep killer!

Sleep Tip #11: Create a cue by setting an alarm on your device to remind you to “Unplug.”
