According to the American Automobile Association (AAA), you should drive during your normal wake times. For me, I am an early morning person and don’t feel sleepy until about 2 in the afternoon. I get a boost of energy, attention and focus from about 3pm until 7pm at night. This means that I should drive in the morning but not in the afternoon between 2pm-3pm and not after 7pm at night. Why? I am likely to fall asleep and more likely to kill others and myself.
