Find a happy. What does that mean? The sleep-mood connection is strong. Great sleep can improve your mood. And a bad mood can disrupt your sleep. Take these two steps before going to bed:

  1. Reflect on all the things that made you happy during the day.
  2. Record those things on a piece of paper [not a tablet or smartphone because the blue light will keep you up].
