We are pretty much hardwired to be a morning or evening person. The key to self regulation and performance is not to fight your hardwired type but to try to design your life to get in sync with your biological clock. I am writing this blog post at 6:24 in the morning. Why? I am a morning person. At times, I wish I was an evening person but I am not. I have accepted my biological clock. Have you?
