Nature has its own sleeping pills. Our bodies are uniquely designed to calm down and focus on the present. For some, you can imagine a relaxing picture in your mind. For others, you may not be able to do so. It’s OK. A friend of mine who knows I am dedicated to helping others sleep sent me this video. I want to share it with you.
