Night owls take longer to adjust to Daylight Savings Time than Morning Larks. The good news is that it is the exact opposite at the end of Daylight Savings Time.

Are you a Night Owl or Morning Lark? If you like to stay up late at night and feel a lot of energy after the sun goes down, you are more than likely a Night Owl. And if you prefer to get up before dawn and are wide awake in the morning, you are a Morning Lark.
