Many of us are stuck or seeming stuck in jobs or careers that are not good for us. They add to our negative energy, stressed out feelings, sad moods, and rob of us a great night sleep. Before automatically saying, “I can’t change my job or career”…pause and reflect. Is this really true that you can’t or you’re afraid (I get it) or your a bit too comfortable (even with the dissatisfaction)

You deserve not to have your job, career, boss, co-workers and even customers rob you of a great night sleep. If you spend 8 or more hours a week doing something you don’t like, can’t tolerate or hate, it will show up in many ways including how long and how well you sleep.
