Coffee keeps you up. Naps slow you down. How about trying a coffee nap? A coffee naps works by doing the following:
- Drink a small cup of coffee.
- Take a nap for 30 minutes.
- When you wake up from your 30 minutes, you should feel refreshed from the nap AND the stimulating effects of the coffee will have kicked in.
- To strengthen that refreshing feel, wash your face with cool water.
