Try a coffee nap to get that refreshed feeling

Coffee keeps you up. Naps slow you down. How about trying a coffee nap? A coffee naps works by doing the following:

  1. Drink a small cup of coffee.
  2. Take a nap for 30 minutes.
  3. When you wake up from your 30 minutes, you should feel refreshed from the nap AND the stimulating effects of the coffee will have kicked in.
  4. To strengthen that refreshing feel, wash your face with cool water.
