You may know that sleep and productivity experts have warned about the sleep disrupting effects of blue light from your smartphone. What can you do if you can’t fall asleep in complete silence? Don’t turn on the TV. Don’t turn on a bright light and start reading. Turn on a podcast and keep the volume on low. And make sure that the podcast is not too stimulating, otherwise you won’t be able to wind down.
