Do not fool yourself into believing that you can be fully engaged and high performing if you “get by on 4-5 hours of sleep.”

About one in three Americans are getting six or less hours a sleep each night according to a 2013 Gallup Poll. This is less than the recommended 7-9 hours for adults according to sleep experts.

It’s really not about sleep. It’s all about FEELING BETTER. Sleep is connected to FEELING BETTER.

Sleep Tip #3: CHANGE BEGINS WITH HONESTY: Please answer these two questions below.

  1. Do you get as much sleep as needed?
    • Six hours or less.
    • Seven hours.
    • Eight hours or more.
  2. Would you feel better with more sleep?
    • Six hours or less
    • Seven hours
    • Eight hours or more
