Is your cold stealing your sleep? For most people, the answer is YES. Accept that when you have a cold that you will not sleep as well. This is natural. It is also frustrating.

Sleep Tip #18: Minimize the frustration of colds stealing your sleep by asking yourself these questions:

  • Am I drinking more water?
  • Am I careful not to take a stimulating medicine before bed?
  • Do I have plenty of tissue near the bed?
  • Do I have extra blankets near the bed?
  • Do I have a humidifier in the room?
