My massage therapist suggested that I take an Epsom salt bath to relieve my lower back pain. I’ll try almost anything once. I tried it…loved it!!! I felt sedated and soothed while I was taking the bath and for a couple of hours after taking the bath. My skin is a lot smoother too.
