Experts are recommending a short nap (less than 30 minutes) more and more. Companies are putting up nap rooms. Here’s a BIG TIP to make the most out of your afternoon nap. Try to take you nap when you’re feeling most sleep to get the full effect which can be 2-3 hours of greater alertness and less sleepiness. If you take the nap before you’re REALLY sleepy or after, then you will still benefit but for less time.
