Lessen back pain while sleeping…pillow placement matters!

Some of us are back sleepers, others are side sleepers. While others are stomach sleepers. Yet, many of us rotate positions throughout the night. If you are a side sleep and want to lessen back pain, you may want to sleep with a pillow in between your legs to keep your spine aligned.

 

Sleep Tip #78: Slide sleepers….put a pillow in between your legs to relieve back pain while sleeping.
