Sleep Tip #21: Use your sleep tracker not just to track your sleep but to change your sleep by following these four simple steps:

  1. Set a sleep goal first.
  2. Measure that sleep goal using the data from your sleep tracker.
  3. Celebrate when you reach the goal.
  4. Examine what you must do differently when you don’t reach the goal.
