There are many ways to relax and unwind before going to sleep. Try this simple method: 4-7-8 exercise in these 4 easy steps.
1) Close your mouth and inhale through your nose to a mental count of four.
2) Hold your breath for a mental count of seven.
4) Exhale completely through your mouth to a count of eight. .
5) This is one breath. Repeat again with an inhale for a mental count of four.
