Caffeine is the most widely consumed psychoactive substance in the world. It is available in all types of food and drinks…not just coffee, tea and chocolate. People love the taste and the performance boosting effects. As you age, you are more sensitive to caffeine.

Will caffeine disturb my sleep? Yes and no. The evidence says it will reduce the time you sleep while in bed. This is called sleep efficiency. What’s the solution?
