There are times when you know that you may not sleep well throughout a night due to a very stressful day. One such day for me was when I sat before my hearing for Full Professor. I not only obsessed about what happened during that hearing but I also had a terrible time falling asleep and staying asleep. As expected, I slept terribly but I knew that I would be able to get a boost during the day by taking a 20-30 minute nap.

Sleep Tip #90: Take a 20-30 minute nap if you have a rough night sleeping.
