Would you believe that you can trick yourself into falling asleep? Yes. There is a technique in which you do one of the following below and you may find that you will actually fall asleep easier. Why? Many of us are rebellious at heart. We even hate to be told what to do by ourselves. Another reason this tends to work is that sleep is automatic and natural. In fact, healthy sleepers don’t worry about sleeping because they get into the bed, turn off the lights, and switch off any devices and then effortlessly fall asleep.
