Write a “To Do” List Before Bed.

Make it easy on yourself by jotting down what you have to do the next day. Stop trying to remember all of the responsibilities and tasks you must attack the next day. Better yet…get a notebook and a pen/pencil and physically write down your “To Do” list for tomorrow. Don’t use an electronic device for three reasons.

  1. The blue light will keep you awake.
  2. Writing by hand keeps you focused unlike an electronic device.
  3. Writing by hand engages your brain in a fundamentally different and healthier way.
