Do you listen to your body? Most of us don’t unless we experience a LOT of PAIN. If you’re body is telling you that it is sleep, then go to bed except if the following apply:
- It is 5-6 hours before your usual bedtime (assuming you have a typical bedtime).
- It is not convenient socially or occupationally.
- You are confusing when you’re tired from when you’re sleepy.
