As much as possible, stick to your daily routines. Children respond positively to routines and daily habits. Pay attention to bed times and wake times. Pay attention to meal times. These two times mark the day for adults and children and offer a sense of stability and security. Stick to the same bed time if you can especially for your kids but don’t forget about you too.
